Welcome to Beli ("the App") and belitcg.com ("the Site"), developed and maintained by Erşah Atmaca. By using the App or the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Purpose

The App is a One Piece Card Game identification, valuation and collection management tool, with features including card scanning, market pricing and portfolio tracking. The Site is a free price guide and card database covering the same data. Neither provides financial or investment advice.

2. User accounts and subscriptions

Accounts. You may create an account using Apple or Google sign-in to sync your collection. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. The Site itself requires no account.

Subscriptions. The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

3. Intellectual property disclaimer

Beli is an independent, unofficial application and website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Eiichiro Oda, or any official One Piece property. All card imagery, character names and related intellectual property belong to their respective copyright holders and are used for identification purposes.

4. Pricing and valuation limitations

Valuations are generated from third-party market data. Secondary markets fluctuate rapidly, and results may not reflect exact market realities at any given moment. Prices shown are estimates for raw, near-mint cards; they are not offers to buy or sell. Use discretion — we are not liable for any financial losses or buying, selling or trading decisions made on the basis of this data.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You are welcome to browse, link to and cite this Site, including quoting a card's price with attribution. Automated bulk scraping that degrades the service for other visitors, or wholesale republication of the database, is not permitted.

6. Privacy and data

The App processes card scans on-device and stores your synced collection in the cloud. See the privacy policy for full details, including your right to delete your account.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, excluding its conflict of law rules.
